A new report called "Special Places at Risk in the Gulf: Effects of the BP Oil Catastrophe" identifies fifteen areas that could be threatened by oil gushing from BP’s rig. The report was prepared by the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Rocky Mountain Climate Organization. Stephen Saunders is president of the Rocky Mountain Climate Organization.
