This morning the agency that supplies drinking water to the nearly three million residents of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties met in Clearwater. A new study concludes that the warming of the world’s oceans due to global climate change may actually decrease the number of hurricanes that make landfall in the United States.
